Bridge Timber is a friendly, family run business that was formed in 2002 by Eric Charnley together with his son and daughter, Paul and Kerri. Originally, the business concentrated on producing tailor made timber structures, carefully designed and constructed using high quality material in the Bridge Timber workshop, by a highly skilled team experienced in carpentry, planning and design.
As the business outgrew its original premises, all operations including the showroom and workshop were relocated to Friendly Methodist Chapel in Sowerby Bridge, its present location. The family also decided to broaden the range of services offered, from just tailor made timber structures, to also include a new standardised range of high quality, hand picked timber furniture, which could be offered at lower prices than tailor made pieces.
Today, Bridge Timber Interiors offer a wide range of select high quality modern, rustic and antique style furniture, made from oak and pine, to suit most room styles and tastes.
We personally choose all pieces of furniture to add to the collection, ensuring that all our manufacturers only use high grade timber, and that all construction meets our standards.
Our complete range of pine and oak furniture can be viewed here on our website, or alternatively at the showroom in West Yorkshire, where a changing selection of the furniture we offer can be seen.
